Flat Bread

Flatbread recipe is based on the basic bread recipe : it is made by mixing flour, water and salt together. The particularity of this bread is that the dough is flattened before cooking. A lot of different flatbread regional varieties exist : most of them are unleavened like the Libanese bread, the wheat tortilla or the Naan from India but there are some exceptions such as the greek Pita.

Spraylix

Special oils in spray form which enable baked goods to be easily released from their supports. Suitable for all equipment. Has no influence on the taste of baked products and is easy to dose. Gives a nice coating and a homogeneous distribution.
