Brownie

A brownie is a square shaped chocolate cake, created in the USA at the end of the 19th century. Chocolate brownies are made with chocolate, sugar, eggs, flour and butter and can also include other ingredients such as chocolate chips, cream cheese or nuts. They are often served as a dessert topped with whipped cream or with some vanilla ice cream, paired with a glass of milk.
