Yeast Raised Donut

This type of donuts includes fresh or dry yeast, which allows the dough to rise and gives the donut a fluffy and airy texture. The dough, made from flour, eggs, milk, sugar, butter and vanilla extract is set aside to rise for a few hours and then fried until the donut becomes golden brown. Once fried, they can either be filled with cream, chocolate, fruit fillings or just glazed with sugar.
