Bourneau holds a Master's Degree in Food Engineering from the Oniris Engineering college in Nantes, France, and has worked at Puratos France, Italy, Mexico, and the USA. His most recent tenure as Plant-Based Solutions Business Unit Director saw the Business Unit develop a leading role in developing solutions to replace dairy, butter, and egg usage in the industry.
