Working Method

  1.  Add cake mixture and butter. Mix in a planetary mixer with a beater on low speed until crumble is formed. 
  2.  Add the egg and water and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed, then 30 seconds on medium speed. 
  3.  Blend in white chocolate chips on slow speed.

  • Shape 30g of dough into balls.

Baking Time
  1.  Place cookie balls onto a lined baking tray.
  2.  Bake for 15 minutes at 175°C, 50% top 10% bottom.
